About the Job: Eneida is currently hiring people for the Embedded Systems team, to cooperate in new embedded systems design and development. Your job will include:
Design, develop, and test embedded systems software for a range of applications.Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system architecture and integration.Implement and debug real-time operating systems (RTOS) and device drivers.Write and optimize firmware for microcontrollers, processors, and sensors.Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues and ensure high reliability.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and code reviews.Conduct validation and verification testing to meet safety and performance standards.Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in embedded systems engineering.Minimum Requirements: Electrical Engineer (Electronics, Automation, or Telecommunications) or equivalent;Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.Must have knowledge in Python and/or Java;Experience with Cybersecurity implementation for embedded systems (encryption, certificate management, TPM);Knowledge of RTOS concepts and real-time constraints.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of SCRUM product development methodologyEmbedded Web interfaces, embedded Linux, Docker.Communication protocols: Modbus/IP; MQTTEmbedded Linux (Yocto)Knowledge of the electric grid, and new actors such as PV inverters and EV chargersGood understanding of the business: Product management, Engineering, Sales and Customer SuccessPersonal Qualities: Independent and self-motivatedProven track record of always learning and growingMotivation to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environmentPossess a spirit of generosity and teamworkFluent in English, written and spokenYour Typical Day: You will be part of the Embedded Systems team, and your day typically begins with participation in the team Daily meeting. During each sprint, you'll participate in other events of the team, such as planning, refinements, demos, and retrospectives.

You'll also be welcome or invited to other teams' regular meetings such as Product, Management, Customer Success, Software, and Data Science.
