What are you going to do?
* Supporting the administration and configuration of Jira and Confluence to ensure optimal performance and usability;
* Leading minor and major Jira/Confluence upgrades, coordinating maintenance, and implementing performance tuning and scaling efforts in collaboration with our Jira hosting partner;
* Installing, managing, and administering Jira add-ons, plugins, and extensions to enhance functionality and meet organizational needs;
* Understanding and adapting XML configuration files to manage integrations, particularly between Jira and Rally, as required;
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement Jira project and Confluence requirements that align with business goals;
* Conducting training sessions for employees and new hires on Jira and Confluence, including usage tips, new features, and best practices;
* Creating, maintaining, and supporting dashboards and advanced filters to provide reporting capabilities for end users;
* Managing user permissions and access in accordance with company-defined roles and policies;
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Jira projects and Confluence environments to ensure seamless operations.
What are we looking for?
* +3 years of proven experience in Jira customization and administration;
* Expertise in the Atlassian tool suite;
* Strong understanding of XML (Extensible Markup Language);
* Basic programming knowledge with familiarity in various Java frameworks;
* Experience with hosted environments and remotely co-located systems;
* Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory);
* Proficiency in French and/or German (is a plus).
