Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure all customer needs are considered, taking ownership of customer satisfaction.
* Technically manage customer guarantees by managing interfaces with customers, including verification of received parts, non-conformities analysis, failures analysis, customer meetings, developing, and implementing corrective and/or preventive actions.
* Monitor and issue reports on customer guarantees development, communicating reports to all involved departments.


Requirements:

* Hold an Engineering degree or similar qualification.
* Have fluent English language skills; additional languages are considered a plus.
