Job Description
The main responsibilities for this position include:
1. Collaborating with development and acceptance teams to provide high-level information about requirements.
2. Gathering and defining functional requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, use cases, scenarios, and business analysis.
3. Cooperating with stakeholders to establish the functional and technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability, performance needs, and core product strategies.
4. Raising alerts, detecting risks, or identifying new commercial needs when defining new functional requirements.
5. Producing and presenting necessary functional documentation to other teams.
6. Updating the product manual.
7. Providing functional support and helping to solve potential issues in the development and test phases of a project, or the support team in production.
8. Working in accordance with guidelines provided by the Product Manager and Product Owner.
9. Participating in the newcomers onboarding process.
10. Running tests.
11. Implementing test campaigns, assessing defects, and substantiating the tests.
12. Monitoring progress of defect resolution.
13. Helping close the test phase.
14. Providing materials needed for drafting minutes and test assessment.
15. Providing useful insights that help solve development issues.
16. Captitalizing on changes made to the test repositories for their reuse in future versions.
17. Training: Homologation Analysts prepare tools and carry out clients' training with the support of their manager. They also help L2 Support when needed to provide functional understanding.
