Job Description:As a skilled IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers by resolving technical issues with their desktops and mobile devices.
Main Responsibilities:Respond to incidents in a timely manner via phone or email, demonstrating active listening skills and empathy towards customers' situations.Troubleshoot and remediate PC, peripheral, and mobile device hardware and software issues, and provide repair actions as necessary.Coordinate with various support levels to resolve incidents efficiently.Install, configure, and support new hardware and software for service requests.Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories.Collaborate on project-based work as needed and directed by leadership.Requirements:Strong PC/MAC hardware diagnostics skills; Dell PC HW certification is a plus.Highly skilled in break/fix solutions, mainly HP.Proficient in Windows 10, MS Office suite, and 0365.Familiarity with Mac OS/Apple iOS.Some experience with Active Directory.Well-versed in remote take-over tools for PCs, network printers, and VPN connectivity.Knowledge of virus/malware eradication using standard tools.Ability to set up printers, monitors, and IT cabling.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Independent, trustworthy, and customer-focused.Must be willing to travel if requested.
