Investment Banking is looking for a Head of HR.
Principais responsabilidades
Prospect and development of people management strategies (recruitment, allocation of personnel, remuneration, rewarding, benefits, training, performance appraisal, occupational health and quality of life at work, outsourced employment, etc);
Foster the organizational culture and communication by working closely with leadership, leading HR processes and transformation;
Manage the daily operations of employee relations functions, including payroll processing, pension funds monitoring, absences and leave controlling, corporate training, recruitment, termination, etc;
Prepare and monitor the annual personnel budget, ensuring reporting and monthly analysis;
Coordinate HR activities with other departments and promote interdepartmental collaboration;
Maintain up-to-date procedure manuals for all HR administrative functions and manage administrative affairs in general;
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, processes and legislation;
Manage HR outsourced providers;
Manage the corporate framework of the procurement process, including outsourcing;
Supplier and outsourcing management (onboarding, agreements, SLA, invoices, disputes, etc).
Perfil desejado
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field (A master's degree will be considered a plus);
Professional HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are desirable;
Experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership position;
Experience in team management and talent development;
Deep knowledge of labor laws and related compliance regulations;
Experience working with HR management and payroll systems;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Portuguese and English (German would be a plus);
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure;
Problem-solving skills and effective decision-making abilities;
High level of integrity and professional ethics;
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and hierarchical levels;
Tech savage and innovation driven.
