Responsibilities:
* Partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate.
* Understanding partner market and competition and evaluating reseller interest.
* Creating partner loyalty and driving partner competencies and certification in BU products.
* E nsuring partners are taking advantage of promotions, events & programs.
* Working together with partners to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification (and closure), and other methods.
* Detecting and providing transparency of qualified opportunities and taking actions to close them with partners & supporting partners to close big deals when necessary.
* Working closely with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other key resources to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfaction.
* Monitoring execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI.
* MAY attend country partner events for meeting key partners.
Qualifications:
* Bilingual or proficient in Italian and having an advanced level of English.
* Two years of related technical sales experience preferred.
* Familiarity with channel programs.
* Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills.
* Working toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization.
* Demonstrating innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions.
* Establishing an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate tools and resources.
What We Offer:
* A full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00.
* A salary of 22,100 euros gross/year + up to 3200 euros gross/year in bonus.
