Profile:
1. Higher education in the area of Information Technologies;
2. Minimum professional experience of 5 years in IT Service Management;
3. Minimum professional experience of 3 years in Problem Manager or similar roles;
4. Proficiency in problem management software tools and ITSM platforms (EasyVista, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or others);
5. Good knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies, in order to identify trends and patterns;
6. Knowledge of the energy sector regulatory environment and compliance requirements is an added value;
7. Certification in ITIL Foundation (mandatory);
8. Fluency in Portuguese;
9. Knowledge of English is valued;
10. Good analysis and planning skills;
11. Good communication skills, dynamism and proactivity;
12. I like teamwork and continuous learning.
