TRANSITION.RESPONSIBILITIES:Actively contribute to MDPC's Asset Integrity Management (AIM) efforts throughout the Floating Production Storage Offloading (FPSO) asset life cycle.Assist Asset Integrity team in building, implementing, and maintaining a fit-for-purpose Rotating Equipment Integrity Management System.Integrate Rotating Equipment Integrity Management programs with Anomaly Management, AMOS Plant Maintenance, HSSE, and Process Safety functions.Develop and implement rotating equipment failure mode and effects criticality analysis (FMECA), root cause and failure analysis, and continuous improvement programs.Promote a "Safety First" work culture.Build, promote, and manage applicable KPI's related to rotating equipment integrity management.Responsible for the overall building, implementing and maintaining a fit-for-purpose Rotating Equipment Integrity Management.Ensure timely support for technical issues on shore base/offshore requests.Prepare, justify, review, and present rotating equipment budgets and plans to the Manager.Deliver internal reporting as required by Manager, Asset Integrity.Interface and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues related to rotating equipment integrity management.Interface with vibrations analysis service provider to collaboratively analyze rotating equipment condition.Coordinate with Maintenance Team and Supply Chain to ensure lube oil and liquid fuel sampling is carried out.Participate in Quarterly Performance Reviews with Gas Turbines Service Provider.Manage subcontracts for major inspection/repair/overhaul works.Ensure regular calls with Gas Turbines Service Provider to discuss action tracker.Deliver/present rotating equipment integrity issues and improvements via bi-weekly mitigation review meetings.Keep track of machinery historical failures and propose remedial actions.Promote and establish new technologies where appropriate.Participate in all MDPC SHE programs and provide relevant feedback.Support management of change processes.Provide input to new projects through review of design documents
