Your Role
1. Vision & Strategy Development: Define the strategy and vision for assigned customer journeys and experiences, aligning with customer needs and organizational objectives.
2. Roadmap / Backlog Management: Create an experience roadmap, prioritizing and managing the product backlog to deliver valuable features and improvements.
3. Experience Enhancements: Lead experience enhancements from idea to realization, obtaining buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders.
4. Performance Monitoring: Work with Customer Insights and Customer Experience Design teams to measure customer expectations and business outcomes.
