Your New Company A leading company in its sector is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Global Payroll Manager (m/f/d);
Responsibilities - Supervise the monthly payroll operations across four regions, ensuring timely delivery to 1,500 employees worldwide;
- Lead and manage the internal payroll team;
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of payroll data;
- Coordinate with external payroll providers to ensure smooth operation and integration of payroll systems;
- Function efficiently as part of a global team, with the capability to train and mentor colleagues;
- Establish standards and drive process enhancements to ensure payroll procedures are robust and highly efficient;
- Spearhead the development and implementation of new payroll processes, policies, and jurisdictions;
- Oversee standards, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations;
- Prepare key reports and reconciliations for senior management revier;
- Ensure government submissions are accurate and current, and assist with audits.
What You'll Need to Succeed - Over 6 years of experience, including a strong understanding of UK payroll requirements and legislation, with at least one year managing a multi-country payroll scope;
- Experience in handling large payrolls (500 or more employees);
- Proven experience in mentoring or managing a team;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Deep understanding of payroll best practices and compliance;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
