What you will do:
1. Answer calls from our members.
2. Handle management queries, requests for information, and complaints by telephone.
3. Understand members' requests and find solutions.
4. Communicate in a personalized and humanized way.
5. Use various contact channels with members, keeping up with technological developments (chatbot, among others).
6. Promote the company's services to potential customers by telephone, focusing on proactive sales of services.
Requirements
* Fluent in French.
* Experience in a call center environment.
Offer
Base salary + Meal Allowance + Internal Benefits. Direct contract with the client. Schedule: Monday to Friday (09h00-18h00).
