As a member of the CVM team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies and campaigns to enhance Customer loyalty and retention for Vodafone's mobile Customers. You will:
* Have ownership and play a crucial role in providing senior management with powerful insights to support and challenge decisions
* Have an end-to-end vision of the strategy, engaging and influencing various areas such as marketing, digital, analytics, retail, and others
* Analyze Customer data and market trends to identify business opportunities
* Define and implement offers and strategies for mobile customers
* Work closely with channels to monitor results, implement solutions, and lead continuous performance improvement (retail, digital and customer care)
* Promote product and process optimization
* Conceptualize A/B testing
* Ensure offer consistency in the customer journey through various channels and throughout the Customer life cycle
* Influence and lead cross-functional teams to drive customer loyalty and retention
Who you are
* Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or related field
* 2 years of professional experience in similar roles (ideally in the telecommunications market)
* Problem-solving and analytical skills
* Good communication and presentation skills; ease in interpersonal relations and team spirit
* Proactive, capable of planning and leading end-to-end projects (data interpretation, scenario presentation, solution implementation)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of QlikSense, Power BI, and Tableau
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese required
