We are working with Secil, a leading Portuguese cement producer with a strong international presence, to find their next Business Controller.

Your Role
* Create accurate and timely income and expense reports for various Business Units;
* Analyze financial data to provide valuable insights for the Executive Committee and Business Unit leaders;
* Manage financial planning processes, identifying key factors that impact business performance;
* Support Business Units in exceeding financial targets through strategic analysis and planning;
* Report directly to the Planning and Management Control Coordinator and collaborate with the Executive Board.

Requirements
* Degree in Management, Economics, or related field;
* Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel;
* Dynamic leadership profile with a positive influence on teams, clients, and stakeholders;
* Curiosity and agility in learning new systems and processes;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English.
