We are looking for a motivated IT Presales Consultant to join our team and support sales activities by designing innovative solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and present Proof of Concepts (POC) for standard out-of-the-box solutions
2. Translate customer needs into technical solutions and define corresponding kit lists
3. Create detailed proposals with technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines
4. Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
5. Perform technical evaluations to ensure alignment with customer infrastructure and requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
1. Strong technical knowledge of IT solutions and enterprise infrastructure
2. Proven experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution design
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions
5. Experience working directly with customers and internal sales teams
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
7. Living in Portugal
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
1. Background in project management or business consulting
2. Vendor management experience (e.g., obtaining offers, evaluating products)
3. Familiarity with Proximus products or telecom/IT industry standards
4. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
