Your main responsibility will be to provide technical support, answer questions and resolve problems, always focusing on the satisfaction of our users.
If you have outstanding communication skills, master English (written and spoken) and know computers like no one else, we want you on our side. Call center experience in the video game industry or technical/hardware troubleshooting? Even better, dozens of extra XP!
Working hours: 40 hours per week (8h/day with 1h for lunch), Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 8pm
