We are currently looking for a new member for the Corporate Communication Office team to join us in the position of Technician, Brand Communication.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in digital communication roles, preferably in the real estate industry or a B2B environment.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn management, including content creation, audience engagement, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress for website content management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools to track and optimize digital performance.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or above) as it will be the primary working language. Additional European languages are a plus.
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative in problem-solving.

to manage and enhance our LinkedIn presence and corporate website. This role is
crucial in strengthening our brand's digital communication strategy, ensuring
consistency, engagement, and alignment with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital communication strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence, creating and curating relevant, high-quality content that drives engagement and strengthens brand positioning.
- Oversee and maintain the corporate website (WordPress), ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and optimized for user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders to enhance the company's digital presence.
