What are you going to do? Act as the interface between all the stakeholders (agile coach, tribe leader, IT, clients…) gathering and documenting business requirements optimizing the use of Jira, Confluence, ALM Octane, and other related tools;Collaborate with technical teams to define solutions, acting as a liaison between the IT department and users, facilitating clear communication to ensure user needs are met;Regularly report progress, exceptions, risks to all the stakeholders through the implementation of dashboard and metrics to monitor the usage of the two tools;Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements understanding business processes and the impact of change on each of the areas;Manage and prioritize the development backlog for enhancements and feature requests;Develop and maintain user documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and support materials;Provide first-level support to users, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting system errors, and resolving application-related problems, including: Setup and maintenance of workflows, space, boards; Configuration of new custom fields, components; Management of rights, Onboarding of new teams, Presentations and trainings.What are we looking for? Proven experience as a Jira and Confluence SME. Knowledge of JQL CQL, ALM Octane, or similar tools is a plus;Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field;Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies with a strong ability to work independently;Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams;Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail;Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language;Experience in providing direct user support and troubleshooting technical issues.English level C1 or higher (mandatory)French level B2 or higher (nice to have)What do we have to offer you?
