Logistics Team
Our logistics team is responsible for the entire process of moving IKEA products: from when they arrive at our warehouse to our customers' homes.
We believe that everyone has talent. Therefore, we expect our candidates to have:
* Interest in learning more about retail operations, inventory management and logistics systems;
* Ability to work at a tactical and operational level, as well as to put things into practice and optimize processes;

The Logistics department plays a very important role in ensuring a good experience for our customers. We are organized into three areas, with different responsibilities:
Replenishment
We ensure the availability of products for our customers, in partnership with teams from other areas, anticipating stock needs in accordance with sales forecasts and the commercial calendar.
Picking
We collect, pack and deliver orders directly to our customer in store, or prepare shipping through the transport service.
Loading and Unloading
We receive products and replace them in the respective sales areas, using pallet trucks and/or forklifts.
