Challenge: Our client has developed a device that enhances the quality of life for diabetic individuals, enabling them to enjoy a higher quality of life through advanced technology. Currently, they are looking to expand their technical support team to continue assisting those in need.
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with inquiries related to the medical device.
* Address technical questions (troubleshooting).
* Provide information to companies and clinics interested in partnerships with the device.
Profile:
* English Level C1/C2 (mandatory requirement).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support/troubleshooting for a device (mandatory).
* Secondary education level.
* Strong communication skills.
Offer:
* Working hours: Monday to Sunday | Rotating shifts between 12 PM and 10 PM.
* Workplace: Entrecampos, Lisbon.
* Paid initial training.
* Base salary + Meal Allowance + Proportional benefits.
