Customer Service Agent Role and Responsibilities
This position involves providing world-class service to clients' customers while working on high-profile projects for top brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming customer queries via email, chat, and phone.
* Identify issues and provide effective solutions.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Record data in the CRM system.
* Provide ad-hoc support as needed.
Requirements:
* Native German language proficiency and at least B1 English language skills.
* Understanding of the value of excellent customer experience.

* Valid Portuguese work permit required.
Benefits:
* Yearly or 6-month contract renewable.
* 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, 5 days a week) on a rotational schedule.
* Salary options: 950€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or 1300-1400€ gross/month (excluding accommodation).

* Private health insurance included from the first day of contract.
