Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience and Customer Service professional to join our team at ME Lisbon, a luxury hotel located in the heart of Lisbon.
Your Mission:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and attention throughout their stay.
* Welcoming guests upon arrival and departure
* Providing information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
* Assisting with taxi service and other transportation needs
* Maintaining a clean and organized hotel entrance and lobby
* Communicating effectively with the front desk and other teams
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality
* High level of Portuguese and advanced English language skills
* Hospitality degree or equivalent experience
* Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
