A leading company specializing in technological solutions is looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for a temporary reinforcement of their HR team.
Your new role Payroll processing across different EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance;Maintain compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor requirements;Address employee payroll queries and troubleshoot discrepancies;Manage and optimize HRIS (SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy;Oversee attendance and time-tracking systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws;Generate and analyze HR reports;Reporting to Finance on payroll masters;Support internal and external audits by ensuring accurate record-keeping;Management of all HR related documents including contract documents;Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.What you'll need to succeed Degree in Human Resources or related fields;Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits Roles;Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors);Strong Excel and HR analytics skills;Strong communication skills and team spirit;Resilient, methodical and attention to detail.What you'll get in return The opportunity to join a well-positioned company in the market where you can grow professionally.
