Are you passionate about IP Network Engineering and eager to work on high-impact projects that drive innovation in education and research?
We’re looking for a Network Engineer (IP Focus) to join a long-term project, integrated in a specialized technical team working on the design, development and optimization of high-performance network infrastructures.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and evolve IP network infrastructure (routing & switching);
* Participate in national and international networking projects;
* Support advanced connectivity services for highly demanding environments;
* Collaborate in the automation of network processes and configurations;
* Ensure SLA compliance and maintain thorough technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree or MSc in Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer Engineering;
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in IP network configuration and troubleshooting;
* Strong knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP), QoS, and switching;
* Familiarity with Ethernet technologies (EVPN, STP, QinQ, etc.);
* Analytical mindset, good communication, and team-oriented;
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
* Certifications (e.g., CCNP or equivalent);
* Knowledge in MPLS, Segment Routing, and network security;
* Experience in network automation and scripting/programming.
