Job Description:
We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks. You are part of that team. Do you like working in a dynamic and stimulating work environment, with new challenges to solve every day? Do you consider yourself a person who is able to work in complex situations and set deadlines?
What do you do in a day?
* Daily management of personnel in your charge (assignment of posts, rotations, monitoring of tasks, etc.)
* Communication: prior work instructions, safety, occupational safety, procedures, department meetings, etc.
* Training and training of people in your charge.
* Planning daily resources (and holidays), adjustments and execution of plans.
* Daily management of pending collections and the respective team (customers without an account)

What do we expect from you?
* You are flexible and analytical, enjoy solving problems and making decisions.
* Vocational degree required. Bachelor's degree will be valued.
* Previous experience in team management is valued.
* Knowledge of MS Office systems: Excel, Outlook – User level.
* Schedule flexibility. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 2:30 pm to 9:30 pm
* Advanced knowledge of the English language is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
* Fluent in Portuguese.
* Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, and transport is valued.
* Availability to travel.
* Results orientation.
