Executive Housekeeper
We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the efficient operation of our Housekeeping department, providing exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop in-depth knowledge of resort facilities and services, including room types and layouts.
2. Collaborate with the Director of Rooms to rejuvenate the room/public area and laundry experience.
3. Administer housekeeping and laundry facilities while ensuring a secure environment for all guests.
4. Enforce policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain exceptional service standards.
5. Partner with Front Office/Guest Services, Reservations, and F&B to meet guest needs and ensure seamless operations.
6. Promote a cost-focused philosophy through training and education.
7. Maintain property operations consistent with legal, statutory, financial, and security requirements.
Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management preferred.
* Four years of housekeeping/laundry experience, preferably in a luxury hotel with supervisory experience.
* Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
* EU work permit required.
