What you'll do Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform; Support deliveries; Determine technical support Pain areas while working with Customers; Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams; Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors; Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training; Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud.
What you'll need Fluent level of Italian and a English (minimum B2); Need previous interaction with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) (required); Basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes) (required); Knowledge of Basic API and Networking (required); Understand Basic programming (Python, C#,) (is a plus).
