Qualifications: - Solid experience in the operating lease management ("renting"), automotive industry or a similar field (Minimum of 8 years of experience) - Solid experience in Fleet Corporate Management, Leasing Company context - Tertiary qualifications in a related preferred discipline (accounting, commerce, economics, law) - Native Portuguese speaker with a good command of English Skills & Competencies: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges - Highly self-motivated and target-driven - Ability to manage and expand a client portfolio sustainably - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point Responsibilities: - Prospect and acquire new clients - Identify and assess clients' critical needs - Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients - Participation in tender processes, both local or international - Identify short and long term growth opportunities - Present business proposals to potential clients - Effectively manage a customer database and continuously expand it through prospecting - Act as the main point of contact for customers and resolve any issues they may have - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the fleet management, operating lease ("renting"), and market dynamics - The person must contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to sales, sales contractual relationships and operating lease ("renting") product.
