Descrição
1. Strategic HR Management:
1. Manage and deliver key elements of people plan, including recruitment planning, induction, performance management, talent reviews, and other initiatives as required, in support of the strategic goals.
2. Lead initiatives on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational culture development across the organization.
3. Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend and drive continuous improvements in HR processes and systems.
4. Liaise with Senior Leadership Team, managers and employees and provide support on all HR fundamentals and employee-related issues.
2. Operational HR Management:
1. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff, ensuring the hiring of qualified and diverse candidates.
2. Oversee new staff induction, orientation and training.
3. Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations when necessary, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
4. Manage and support performance appraisal systems, ensuring regular feedback and professional development opportunities are provided.
5. Monitor, control and track staffing costs in line with budget and prepare HR headcount budgets. Develop and maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Compliance and Policy Development:
1. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and specific policies.
2. Act as a key advisor on labor laws, compliance, and best practices to minimize legal risks and ensure adherence to national labor regulations.
3. Be responsible for improvement initiatives for HR processes to maintain a positive and legally compliant work environment.
4. Prepare and update HR-related documentation, including maintaining up-to-date internal policies, procedures and documentation and employee handbook in line with global and regional guidelines.
5. Ensure that all staff know and meet their statutory responsibilities and policies about Safeguarding, Equal Opportunities and other relevant legislation.
Perfil ideal
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human resources or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Consolidated experience in HR and in managing a team.
3. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic and operational aspects of HR.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
6. Working knowledge of SAP Preferred Success (or other HRIS system) is preferred.
7. Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Portuguese.
