IT Support Engineer (Azure, MongoDB, SQL)
We are looking for candidates with a strong technical background to join our team as an IT Support Engineer.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Manage and analyze incidents to ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement and obtain a permanent fix.
* Participate in the configuration of appropriate support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Previous experience working with specialized support teams.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with Azure, MongoDB, SQL, SalesForce Commerce Cloud, C#, PHP, and APIGEE.
* Problem-solving attitude and experience with cloud environments (Azure and AWS) is highly valued.
