Job Description
You will be accountable end-to-end for Nokia's IT infrastructure compute and cloud services, delivering professional-grade service management and ensuring business continuity for the computing layer of critical Nokia applications and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the entire operation lifecycle of computing and cloud services, remediating security or end-of-service life risks, and ensuring effective decommissioning when appropriate.
* Owning operational performance: demand/change requests, incident management and RCA approval, capacity planning, and SLA management with vendors.
* Ensuring financial performance, cost effectiveness, and cost forecasting.
* Closely collaborating with the engineering team and key suppliers to ensure day-to-day operations, including supporting 24x7 critical incidents resolution and subsequent RCA work.
* Governing third-party providers, service KPI/PI, monthly billing validation, security scorecard, monthly patching, and continuous improvement processes.
* Supporting internal or SOX audit remediation, ISO audit, and recertifications.
* Creating and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans for all on-premise and cloud computing services.
* Ensuring third-party providers implement Nokia's required security and compliance measures in a timely manner.
* Acceptance and takeover from engineering, projects, and demand execution for existing services.
* Leading a team of around 20 infrastructure engineers and service owners, encouraging innovation, collaboration, empowerment, and people development.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT infrastructure leadership roles with a focus on large-scale enterprise environments.
* Solid technical background in on-premises computing infrastructure and public/private cloud architectures (particularly Google, Azure, and AWS platforms).
* Strong knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
* Demonstrated ability to lead diverse and multicultural teams and manage complex projects.
* Strong sense of collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
