The Role:
As Sales Professional, you will be responsible for reaching out and contacting potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with other businesses.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
* Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating Google products.
* Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure
* Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
* Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects
* Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spending in products currently used
Requirements:
* Native level Finnish language skills and fluent in English (B2)
* 1 year experience in a sales position, knowledge of CRM system
* Good understanding and level of computer handling skills
* Outgoing personality, confidence shining through, good at building relations over the phone
* Strong communication and negotiation skills and service-oriented, professional, and thorough
