About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our team. This remote position is open to candidates based in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to customers through email, chat, and phone, assisting with product, service, and general inquiries.
* Deliver accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer issues.
* Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
* Accurately record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Maintain a positive, professional attitude while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Working Schedule:
* Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts within the following hours):
o Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
o Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
o Occasional availability from 08:00 - 19:00 may be required.
* Days off: Two rotating days per week.
