Responsibilities
* Provide 24/7 IT Support for on-premises systems (Linux, Windows) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure), encompassing applications and infrastructure management (VMware, vCenter).
Requirements
* Proficiency in Kubernetes and Openshift.
* Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and adherence to the ITIL framework and best practices.
* Solid understanding of scripting languages such as Bash, Shell, and Python.
* Familiarity with CI/CD Tools and Processes.
* Strong knowledge of the networking stack for effective troubleshooting.
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Understanding of how financial markets function.
