Our client is a technology company currently recruiting a Senior Marketing Manager for maternity leave cover.
Your New Role
You will report directly to the Growth Marketing Director and be responsible for:
* Implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and developing marketing reports/dashboards using Salesforce tools, Google Analytics, and other third-party data in collaboration with internal teams.
* Creating engagement sequences and user journeys within Salesforce.
* Evaluating marketing performance, deriving actionable insights, and applying them to enhance results.
* Overseeing incoming leads.
* Assisting in refining marketing processes.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to design and modify campaign delivery and content accuracy while tracking performance.
* Supporting the management of comprehensive digital marketing projects, including new ad implementations, nurture streams, email marketing, marketing automation, and content marketing alignment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Skills in using Salesforce marketing tools like Marketing Cloud – capable of launching new campaigns, designing prospect journeys, setting up emails, and handling incoming leads.
* Experience as a Salesforce user – able to generate reports and create dashboards.
* Data-oriented skills: adept at analyzing data from various sources, synthesizing information to produce insights, and presenting them to the team for informed decision-making.
* An understanding of B2B businesses, ideally within the IT sector.
* Desirable experience with performance marketing (campaign setup, performance optimization) and familiarity with Google Analytics.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proactive problem-solving and creative abilities to maximize campaign effectiveness.
* Detail-oriented with the capability to meet targets and deadlines.
* Enthusiasm about learning, enhancing existing skills, and acquiring new ones.
* A collaborative team player.
