Job Overview
We are seeking a Villa Manager to join our dedicated team offering excellent customer service and quality accommodation on a seasonal contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative assistance and managing properties to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
* Ensuring villas are quality checked prior to every guest's arrival and completing inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
* Handling communication between guests, owners, and suppliers with effective communication skills.
* Supporting back office operations and providing administrative assistance as needed.
* Being available on call for emergencies, out of hours on a rota basis.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Portuguese and English; other languages beneficial.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in the hospitality or property management industry (desirable).
