Responsibilities In "Warranty Services", you will be responsible for handling highly sensitive data relating to individual customer warranty agreements and steering and implementation of automation projects for improving efficiencies and streamline processes, saving both time and resources for other critical tasks. Shape solutions and applications for our worldwide warranty and service support processes, thus making a significant contribution to the digitization of our processes. You also ensure a simple and efficient handling of our service processes towards our customers. Within this responsible role you will manage master data, user access and set-up after-sales/warranty-related business rules in systems according to inputs from various headquarter departments, thereby making a significant contribution to the smooth operation of the technical warranty services.
