We are looking for a Quality Tester for a project based in Portugal.
Responsibilities: Review and analyze user stories.Design and execute test cases (manual or automated), analyze results, and report bugs and errors to the development team.Be capable of acting as a hands-on quality expert.Drive quality engineering practices, risk management, and continuous improvement in your team.Assist Digital Delivery Teams in assuring great Quality marks on everything they deliver.Collaborate in the evolution of Continuous Integration / Continuous Development practices.Collaborate and liaison with multiple teams inside the organization in order to build superior quality software for customers - internal and external.Provide technical expertise in the operational areas of testing with a focus on agility, speed, quality, usability, automation, cost control, client satisfaction, and security.Use the right processes to ensure end-user satisfaction, and delivery quality, and for service-level requirements to be met.Continuously focus on incremental improvements of functionality, usability, performance, automation, and security.Use a quality intelligence ecosystem based on performance metrics and measurement techniques to help identify and mitigate risks and to assess how well quality-related initiatives are running.Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in quality testing, preferably in an engineering or technology-focused company.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies (mandatory).Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, Xray, TestRail, or similar.Passionate about Quality and obsessed with Digital Experiences.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Critical mindset, continuously challenging the status quo and asking insightful "why" questions to drive innovation and improvement.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Collaborative "no silos" approach to addressing issues based on continuous open communication.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.A disciplined approach to test execution.Experienced in using modern Agile Quality Assurance methodologies.Certification in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB) is valued.Fluency in English (written and spoken).If you're interested in this job please send your CV to ****** with reference "LM/Quality Tester."
