About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing efficient, quick and friendly service to customers, as well as building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers with their requests via email, phone and live chat
* Collecting and updating customer data
* Providing product information to customers (e.g. subscription, payment and technical requirements)
* Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner
Requirements:
* EU Citizenship or valid residency card
* Native level of French and good level of English
* Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
* Strong interest in new technologies
* Attentive listener, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people
* Drive for excellence and professionalism
* Team player and committed to work
* Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
* Valid Portuguese work permit (required)
