Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.
Role:
* Conducting the Recruitment Process from A to Z;
* Searching for and selecting candidates for the recruitment process, both through headhunting and advertisements on job sites, but also at events, job fairs and others;
* Compile candidate databases to effectively identify the profiles required;
* Implementing recruitment and selection strategies;
* Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems, producing performance metrics reports during the recruitment and selection process.
Hard Skills:
* Fluency in English (preferred);
* Proficiency in MS Office;

* Bachelor Degree (preferred)
* Autonomy and conflict resolution skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills
