Position Overview
This leader will report directly to the CILA Head of CRM. Their primary responsibility will be to build and lead an intelligence function that focuses on analyzing rewards spend and campaign effectiveness.
The leader's goal is to translate this analysis into insightful recommendations to ensure the company delivers the best value to its players across CILA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop an analysis approach and monitor the overall ROI of CRM initiatives and spend, including promotional/bonus spend, across campaign types and efforts.
* Help define the target state of the ongoing transformation of the existing CRM function throughout 2025. Identify new teams, functions, and roles required to achieve it.
* Identify and prioritize needs for critical predictive data models required to inform campaign automation around player journeys. Lead the development of these models in partnership with Data Science teams.
* Regularly update different stakeholders, including CRM and Country leaders, with precise information and insights to enable thought partnering and executive decision making.
* Collaborate with the Head of Cila CRM in designing the overall spending strategy for Canada and broader CILA region.
* Partner with the respective CRM Heads of Automation and Local Markets to launch uplift analysis and A/B testing on most important selected campaigns.
* Evaluate and prioritize needs of CRM teams for data visualization and analysis tools. Collaborate with Data & BI leadership to drive their development.
* Identify best-in-class CRM innovations based on industry experience and best practices, including AI-powered reach outs and real-time personalized offers.
Requirements:
* Fluent written and spoken English skills.
* Must be based (or willing to relocate) and authorized to work in London, Barcelona, or Lisbon.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in analysis and/or data intelligence roles in B2C companies with high volume of promotional spending (e.g., bonus, awards, coupons, etc.).
* At least 3 of those years leading teams of analysis and presenting to executives.
* Deep experience ideating and pressure-testing rigorous ROI analysis across multiple types of customer-oriented promotional spend.
* Proficient using BI and data manipulation software (e.g., SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.).
* Experienced in designing predictive models and algorithms based on customer data insights.
Preferred:
* BA or similar degree in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Marketing Economics.
* Knowledge of all key stages of B2C customer lifecycles and associated marketing activities for each.
* Knowledge of casino and sportsbook player behaviors, motivations, and retention drivers – either professionally or as a player.
