Descrição do emprego
1. Maintain narrow relationships of cooperation with other entities and teams of the Infrastructure department
2. Provide operational maintenance and administration of the platform of the OCM team (SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, SharePoint online, RightFax, PowerApps and PowerAutomate) and its related monitoring components (Zabbix).
3. Perform technical design of new infrastructure or technical products. In conjunction with the Architects, contribute to the realization of POC and prototypes.
4. Ensure the resolution of Level 2 and 3 user incidents on all O365 and OnPrem SharePoint ;
5. Provide level 3 expertise on complex operational incidents and perform diagnostics to identify the causes of malfunctions and propose corrections and workarounds
6. Escalate to vendors like Microsoft, Trend Micro, etc, major incidents;
7. Coordinate and test the change management process to configure new SharePoint applications on the M365 tenant (scripting customizations);
8. Provide operational reporting’s based on PowerBI;
9. Automate operational tasks with Powershell, PowerAutomate and PowerApps;
10. Migrate SharePoint onprem sites to Office 365;
11. Define and implement the rules for good management and usability of systems or products and qualify them from a technical point of view
12. Contribute to the execution of capacity planning actions or even ensure responsibility for them on delegation of its manager
13. Propose solutions to improve system performance
14. Ensure proper product implementation to achieve the right level of service quality consistent with the Service Agreement (SLA) requirements of their area of responsibility
15. Ensure expertise in his field, propose and manage developments in line with functional or technical needs by:
16. performing technology watch on products
17. participating in studies or evolutions in the general technical architecture and in the qualification of IT platforms
18. interface with experts in other fields.
19. verifying the application of standards (IT security, quality, etc.), and possibly involved in the selection of supplier
Qualificações
20. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar;
21. Relevant experience in a similar role (ideally 5-8 years);
22. Experience and interest for the administration activity;
23. Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and applications;
24. Solid knowledge of Sharegate; MS Graph and Sharepoint API;
25. Excellent knowledge of Collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform);
26. Excellent knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages.
27. Good knowledge of Zabbix or other monitoring tools;
28. Good knowledge of networking concepts (firewall, load balancers).
