Purpose of Position
The Strategic Initiatives, Business & IT Junior Project Manager role consists of assisting in developing and executing projects that align with the company's vision and goals. It involves fostering a culture of continuous improvement and promoting efficiency among both internal and external stakeholders. Assist in driving innovation and identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Assist in developing and implementing projects that align with the company's vision, short and long-term plans, and goals according to the business strategy.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, emphasizing people development, customer experience, and innovation.
- Ensure IT and Business projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maximizing efficiencies and maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date project documentation.
Stakeholder Management:
- Assist with communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives with IT and business partners.
- Assist stakeholders in developing cost/benefit analysis and financially justifying projects/products.
- Maintain/update domain project portfolio repository and roadmap, including the Idea Bank.
- Ensure successful capture of business value, eliminate non-value-added deliverables, and organize regular reviews of work with end-users.
Innovation:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that the organization remains competitive and innovative.
- Drive change and innovation, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and innovation with a focus on efficiency generation.
Education
Bachelor's in Information Technology or Business

* University degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or Operations Management area.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile, and Scrum) and Lean Six Sigma Management.
* Yellow Belt Level Certification in Lean and Six Sigma Management Principles, Agile, Product Management, and knowledge in Project Management is desired.
* At least 1 year of experience in IT and Business program management, product management, or a related field, ideally in a complex organization.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong commitment to delivering results and achieving organizational goals.
* Ability to stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that the organization remains competitive and innovative.
* Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
