Responsibilities
1. Practicing Company values Job training programs
2. Responsible for entire front desk area and gift shop and co-responsible for housekeeping department
3. Organizing and conducting check-in and check-out
4. Coordinating and supervising general administrative tasks for all departments
5. Responsible for cost, revenue, and inventory administration
6. Relieving Hotel Manager during his/her absence
7. Handling and resolving travelers’ concerns
8. Any other duties advised by Hotel Manager
Skills/Qualifications:
1. Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred
2. Minimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably in a 4 or 5 star restaurant and/or hotel
3. Cruise ship experience is a plus
4. Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
5. Strong organizational and computer skills
6. Fluency in English
