The Source to Pay (S2P) Process and project analyst is in charge of functional designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting the standard sourcing to pay solutions platform and related processes, until accounting feeding. The analyst intervenes on several SAP platforms and modules to contribute to convergence to a unique Core model.
Your Main Activities Are
1. Ensure functional analysis of different modules of the application in line with the sourcing to pay Core Model.
2. Capture business requirements and propose the most adequate functional solution within SAP standards and respective Core Model; liaise with IT in case of adaptation and document request.
3. Define, develop and execute client dashboard data, and operational KPI reporting data.
4. Define both testing and migration strategies & planning, providing test scenarios and follow up on UAT testing activities, including for new deployment projects.
5. Follow the release management calendar and do planning follow up with IT teams (contribution to team leader).
6. Accompany internal clients on the right use of the solutions, including documentation and training sessions for end users or operational teams.
7. Handle incident management as part of level 2 support.
8. Provide updated process documentation.
9. Manage Non Regression Test methodology, platforms, and tools as part of product evolutions.
10. Maintain the Group master data management (Chart of Account, Assets categories, VAT codes).
11. Manage the interface with the accounting reconciliation tool between SAP and the General Ledger.
Profile and Skills to Success
1. Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology and Computer Science.
2. Up to 2 years of Experience in Data Analytics.
3. At least 3 years of Experience in Accounting and Finance, Project Management and Consulting.
4. Knowledge in Financial Software SAP/Navision.
5. Knowledge in Financial Software ERP.
6. Knowledge in Business Intelligence SAP Business Objects.
7. Finance & Budget - Finance/Tax Knowledge.
8. Fluent in English.
9. Client focused.
10. Ability to deliver/Results driven.
11. Ability to collaborate/Teamwork.
12. Analytical Ability.
13. Ability to develop and adapt a process.
