Role Summary We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Engineer (Level 2 or Level 3) to join us on a full-time basis.
This role will be on a remote basis - supporting customers remotely.
A minimum of 5 years industry experience is required for this role.
Some Responsibilities will include 5 Years' experience working in a similar role Off-site MIT support Supporting Office 365 environments Implementing 365 email migrations Implementation of Microsoft Teams Building and administration of Microsoft SharePoint sites Active Directory design, implementation and administration Switching, Firewall and Router Support, Watchguard, Fortinet or Palo Alto Analyse and resolve faults - from major system crashes to resetting passwords Work closely with other IT staff, engineers, and customers Continuous self-improvement and certifying in technologies that the company deem relevant to your position
