Job Title: B2B Territory Account Manager
Lisbon, Mid, and South region of Portugal are our target areas for this position. TP-Link aims to expand its Enterprise Networking Business Unit through regional B2B sales. As market leaders in consumer and SMB networking, we seek a driven professional to enhance B2B channel management by division.
Position Overview:
This role is crucial in developing our business in the designated region. You will be responsible for recruiting new B2B partners, managing key accounts allocated within the area, and collaborating with vertical sales teams to explore industry opportunities in sectors such as hospitality, public sector, healthcare, and education.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Territory B2B Account Management
* Develop and implement sales targets to improve B2B channel coverage.
* Nurture new accounts within the territory, focusing on system integrators, resellers, and installers.
* Motivate managed accounts to sell TP-Link's complete solution, increasing in-house share with managed partners.
Project Management and Collaboration
* Lead project flow internally and externally, coordinating multi-party cooperation steps and ensuring timeline control and supply achievement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver completed solution services and brand value.
Market Insights and Reporting
* Stay informed about B2B industry trends, competitor actions, and market news, aligning with decision-making processes.
* Summarize and present regional sales reports.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with:
* Proven sales experience in the B2B sector, preferably in enterprise networking and security-related industries.
* In-depth understanding of B2B partners and the local market within the designated region.
* Target-oriented mindset, achieving and exceeding sales targets, with independent ability to deal with cases in the region.
Additional Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in the designated region, with experience in project management and updating account pipelines and databases.
* A valid full clean driving license.
