The IT Local Support Technician ensures request management for agreed software installation and configurations and troubleshooting.
What you'll doResponsible for field IT issues on each of the Teleperformance sites;Interaction with other departments in order to improve and maximize the project(s) results;Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovative methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions);Take an active role in the development of the department's strategy and plans as required by department leadership;Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures, and policies are fulfilled, including but not limited to GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP – Global Essential Compliance, Information Security Policies, HR, etc.
