Job Description
The role is based in Lisbon/Porto and involves a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize project management documentation.
2. Analyze project portfolio gaps and prepare summaries of implementations, deviations, budgets, risks, alerts, dependencies, and other relevant factors.
3. Lead project reporting and follow up with project managers.
4. Support project managers in updating documentation and ensuring effective communication sharing.
Profile Requirements:
* A higher education degree in Information Technology or a related field.
* More than 2 years of professional experience in PMO or Project Management roles.
* Knowledge of Cybersecurity, particularly in ISO/IEC 27000-series standards and the NIST framework.
* A solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
* Ability to manage the relationship between the business area (Banking) and the IT area.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Fluency in English.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
* Leadership and team management skills.
