We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Controller to join our Finance Team. The position will be based in Porto and you will report to Post Trade FP&A Senior Manager.
This is a fixed-term position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission.
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the Group's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while analysing financial performance and collaborating across multiple business lines. This is a great opportunity for a motivated finance professional to grow within an international and dynamic environment.
You will primarily be responsible for:
Financial Planning & Performance Analysis:
* Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and forecasting
* Analysing Euronext's financial performance and working with division heads to achieve strategic growth targets
* Reviewing actual performance against budgets, identifying variances, and providing insightful analysis and recommendations
* Assisting in the development of financial models and dashboards
* Supporting the Finance team in the annual budgeting process
* Coordinating financial analysis needs across countries and business lines
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting
* Assisting with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required
* Supporting the stress testing processes from a Finance perspective
* Continuously improving financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
Your profile:
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
* Nice to have:
* Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP
* Familiarity with Hyperion Planning and dimensional cube (Essbase Excel Add-in)
* Knowledge of Power BI or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools
Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
* Curiosity and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality financial reporting
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
Qualifications:
* Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
* Fluent in English (written and verbal)
